PowerPath™ and New Contract
Houston, TX (April 13, 2018) — U.S. Well Services, LLC. (USWS) deployed innovative, world-leading Clean Fleet® PowerPath™ technology to successfully provide power for remote hydraulic fracturing operations located 2.5 miles away with EP Energy in the Permian Basin. The patent-pending PowerPath™ technology allows power generation to be centrally located among multiple hydraulic fracturing pads and to transmit power several miles away via overhead lines to on-site Clean Fleet® pumping equipment. USWS also utilized their F3 Fuel™ technology, which provides field natural gas to the turbines. F3 Fuel™ technology delivers significant cost savings of up to $20 million per year compared to a diesel fleet. Clean Fleet continues to be the world’s leading and first fully electric, fully mobile hydraulic fracturing technology.
In addition, USWS signed a new multi-year contract for a major oil company operating in the Eagle Ford play. USWS will be hiring a number of office and shop employees to support Operations. Interested applicants will be able to go to the USWS website and complete an online Employment Application based on their job interests in the coming weeks.
USWS provides high-pressure, hydraulic fracturing services in unconventional oil and natural gas basins. Both our conventional (diesel) and Clean Fleet® (electric) hydraulic fracturing fleets are among the most reliable and highest performing fleets in the industry, with the capability to meet the most demanding pressure and pump rate requirements.
